By downloading or using Boxly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to all versions of Boxly available on the Apple App Store.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
To cancel: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
Boxly is available for free with the following limits:
Your data (boxes, items, photos) is stored securely in your personal Firebase account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the App.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Boxly uses AI (GPT-4o mini) to analyze item photos and suggest names, brands, and tags. AI results are suggestions only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all AI-generated content.

Boxly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or issues arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App.
